Adsense: How it Works

Since the poll says that you are all fine with me displaying advertisements on the blog to earn some revenue, I thought it would be good to explain exactly how AdSense works.

Miss Spoutgasms?

Personally, I miss having a lag-free server, and I imagine everyone else is also. Is Technic Pack really worth it? Until a decision to keep or destroy Tekkit is made, here's a server I found that is lacking players, but is well set up. It has a lot of plugins that we have/used to have, along with a few more. Spout has updated, so update from 1.1.

[100 POSTS!] No Lives Here

Seriously if anyone is looking for a life, this is not the place to search.

[Server Change] Butchering Citizens

Yes, I am getting rid of the "Citizens" plugin. I love the plugin personally since it fills an otherwise empty server, but the devs for it are working on "Citizens 2.0" which is incompatible with "Citizens." So to save people the wasted time of making temporary NPCs only for them to be deleted, I'm taking out the plugin until it is updated. If you guys want me to put it back, then just comment so.

[Indecision 2012] Nam's new ad poll

As you have all certainly seen, Nam has posted a poll requesting ads. I personally believe that he should add an option where the money from ads goes into a fund (Bank account) which we vote for the use of (Blogger polls won't work, you can scan them by going on different computers and re-voting).

Anyway tell me what you think, and Nam, if you see this, please respond with ideas, hate mail, burning wrath of multiple deities, or anything else you want to throw at me.

EDIT: The "yes" and "no" on the privacy of the server  is confusing me as well.  It doesn't work for polar (goes both ways) statements. I'd suggest revising it to "Should the server go private"

Just Some Blog Stats

I got bored so I just copied and pasted all the statistics for the Minecraft blog into a report if anyone is curious:

Google Plus?

So I added a +1 button on the blog so people with Google Plus can rate the blog up, though I'm not exactly sure why that would be desired. Rating up does require a Google Plus account, and I had to think to myself "What the cat is Google Plus?" So I did some research on Google Plus (Wikipedia) and this is what I found in summary (rant after page break):

[Poll] Is The Blog A Diary?

So for some reason Blogger glitched and deleted all the votes so this is what it shows as the results:
Blog
  0 (0%)
Diary
  0 (0%)
I Don't Even Know Anymore
  1 (100%)

Before the glitch, most people said IDK, and one person said it's a blog.

So this poll proves that this blog is too crazy to even be sure of what it is.
